"Vastu - My Home, My Energy" is a book designed for the general public, aimed at:

• Reviving the ancient wisdom of Vastu Shastra as a practical guide for achieving a healthy and harmonious life.
• Demystifying the science behind Vastu Shastra, making it accessible and understandable.
• Providing essential insights into evaluating your living space—whether it’s an apartment, independent house, or even just your personal bed area—using Vastu principles.
• Empowering readers with simple techniques to harmonize the energy of their spaces by applying the five elemental principles.

This book is the culmination of my journey through extensive learning, research, and practical application. It draws upon the teachings of my mentors, insights from my academic studies, and hands-on experiences gained during my Ph.D. project, as well as my work with clients and students.

The purpose of this book is to rekindle interest in the profound science of Vastu Shastra. Our ancestors instinctively incorporated these principles into their homes and surroundings, creating balanced and vibrant spaces. By sharing the rationale behind these timeless practices and offering easy-to-follow methods for assessing and rectifying energy imbalances, this book aims to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

This is just the beginning of a larger mission—to spark curiosity, foster awareness, and inspire readers to explore the transformative potential of Vastu Shastra in their daily lives.
